Sweet Stop Sketch 116

Hello blogging Friends! It's Saturday and time for another Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge.



Working with Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive designer paper and cardstock, I created the different layers of my card. I distressed and inked the edges of my patterned paper for a shabby look.



Using my favorite Cricut cartridge, Elegant Edges, I cut the labels to stamp and mat my scripture on. Wanting to add to the romantic feel of the lace, I used Liquid Pearls in Bisque to create pearl accents around the label.



Using a sentiment from "Joy for Your Journey" by Verve Stamps and a crescent shaped mini tag Sizzlets die, I created the text panel shown off to the side in the sketch.

  2. Gorgeous, love the colors, DSP and you know I love Liquid Pearls, they are my favorite.The inking and distressing are perfect for the shabby, vintage look. Love the Cricut cut, will have to look into that. Have a great weekend.
