Classy Cards N Such: Easy Elegance

Hi Everyone! Today is my first post as a Guest Designer for Classy Cards N Such! I'm going to share with you how to make easy elegant cards using outline stickers and just a few other supplies.

I started by creating a 5.5x4.25 card base out of Reich Shine Champagne cardstock. Using Spellbinders Labels Eighteen and Very Vanilla cardstock from Stampin' Up!® I cut out the larger and smaller labels.
To the largest label I adhered the Gold Tulip Window outline sticker and then colored it in to give it that stained glass look. On the smaller label I stamped my sentiment, "with gratitude" from Verve Stamps. I inked the edges of both labels with Gold Colorbox pigment ink. I adhered my larger label to the card base and then popped-up the smaller one, slightly over-lapping the large label. On opposite corners I added the Gold Gothic Corners to create that perfect finishing touch.
This was super quick and easy to make and is ideal for when you need to mass produce "thank you" cards. To make it even quicker you can leave off the Copic coloring. The outline stickers are gorgeous with or without the coloring. If you've never tried the outline stickers I hope that you will. You can take 10% off your order at Classy Cards N Such by using the discount code JENNIPHER-10

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my easy elegant card.

  8. I believe, you made a perfect start as a guest designer. This has become a really noble card. The window with the flowers really looks like the glass windows we saw two years ago in Venice. I like the design into champagne and gold improbably.
