Daydream Designs: January Calendar

Hello Everyone and welcome to my first Daydream Monday of 2013. I know it's been a long while since I've posted anything to my blog and to my loyal followers and readers, I apologize. Sometime back in December I was thrown a curve ball (so to speak) regarding my health, and it required some time to just sit back, take stock of everything, and ponder my life and the steps I've been taking. I took the entire month off from all of my Design Teams and just focused on my family and loved ones. I'm still dealing with my "curve ball" but I feel it is time to get on with things. I intend to keep pushing forward and keep praying for the Lord to turn that "curve ball" in the opposite direction.

It's time for me to share another project created with some of the fabulous digital products available at Daydream Designs. This week I am sharing a digital calendar that I created in Photoshop Elements using some fun products that Diane has in the shop.

Once I had everything layered the way I wanted it; I printed it out and mounted it onto Orchid Opulence cardstock. The calendar once mounted measures approximately 6.5 x 6.5 and is the perfect size for my teller station at work. I plan on making one for every month of the year.

Supplies: 2013 Desktop Calendar; Snowbaby Sentiment Set; Snowbaby Color Digi Set; Winter Chill Papers (all from Daydream Designs); Photoshop Elements; Orchid Opulence cardstock (retired).

  3. Simply beautiful...love the colors and the format for your calendar. I'm showcasing calendars all this month on my blog. May I post yours there? It's just gorgeous. Can't wait to see your other months. So glad you are back, but sometimes we just have to make those necessary adjustments to continue doing what we love to do long term. You continue to be in my prayers.

  5. I love the calendar page... and from someone who has lived through tragedies I want to let you know you are going through this so God can be glorified.... whatever it is God will glory and you will understand why He thought you could do this... I will pray for you but you are one that Loves God... that won't change.. and He will be there for you! Keep on inspiring us with your artwork in the meantime I missed you! Kathi
